As the first of three levels of reiki, this training offers the history and exploration of energy healing that will leave you with a new technique in your self-care toolbox. Further your practice to share with others or learn just enough to treat and manage your own spiritual, emotional and physical health. Life is busy, reiki invites you to slow down and make time for what matters most - you.
